** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, gates, badges, and visitor activity to help support authorized access and help to deter unauthorized entry.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to site protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, perimeter, and access points, noting unusual conditions and/or potential hazards.

+ Communicate with employees, visitors, contractors, and site contacts regarding access requirements, deliveries, and other security-related procedures.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
