Kodiak Gas Services is seeking entry-level Field Service Technicians in Carlsbad, NM. These technicians will assist with the operation and maintenance of compressor packages and equipment, supporting gas compression operations. • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Basic knowledge of compressor packages and gas processes
• Ability to operate heavy equipment
• Physical ability to lift at least 10 lbs frequently and >50 lbs infrequently
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions, including extreme heat and cold
• Ability to climb ladders/stairs and work in confined spaces
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations
• Successful completion of Kodiak’s Short Service Employee (SSE) program
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
• Must wear all required PPE

• OEM, Trade School, or comparable work experience in a related field/industry (preferred)
• 1-year compression process, production, and equipment related experience and/or training (preferred)
• Electrical troubleshooting skills (preferred)
