Design Solutions and Integration is seeking a Journeyman Electrician in Carlsbad, NM to install VFDs and electrical equipment in Permian Basin oil fields. You will configure and wire AC/DC controllers, follow schematics, bend conduit to code, and work outdoors as part of a safety‑driven, employee‑owned team.
Requirements include 3 years in oil & gas, Texas apprentice license, valid driver’s license, and a strong safety/quality mindset. Competitive hourly wages offered.
