Pipeline Foreman

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise pipeline crews,equipment operators, and laborers.
• Coordinate daily construction activities, manpower, and equipment.
• Read and interpret pipelinedrawings, plans, and specifications.
• Ensure proper installation,welding, coating, ditching, lowering-in, back filling, and cleanup.
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and job hazard assessments.
• Monitor production, quality,and progress to meet project schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, subcontractors, and other crews.
• Troubleshoot field issuesand make adjustments to keep the project moving.
• Track materials, equipment,manpower, and daily production.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and communicate job progress to management.
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Train and provide direction to crew members.

• Several years ofpipeline/oilfield construction experience.
• Previous foreman orlead-hand experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pipeline construction procedures and safety requirements.
• Ability to read blueprints,drawings, and project specifications.
• Ability to lead a crew andwork effectively under pressure.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and travel as required.
