- Inform supervisors of any delays or issues with service provider repairs
- Address customer inquiries and problems as they arise
- High School Diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in dispatching for breakdowns or medium to heavy‑duty vehicle maintenance
- Strong knowledge of medium to heavy‑duty vehicle dispatching and multitasking abilities
- Alternative qualifications may include a degree or certification beyond a high school diploma with 5 years of experience in a related field
- Availability for varying work schedules in a 24/7/365 environment, including evening and overnight shifts
- Must pass a pre‑employment drug test
- Degree in a related discipline or additional industry experience
