Dispatcher

As a Dispatcher, you will manage Drivers to ensure prompt receipt and delivery of equipment from/to customers. You will oversee the application of appropriate DOT standards, report, schedule, and support customer service/sales goals of the business unit.

• Manage drivers to ensure prompt receipt and delivery of equipment from/to customers.
• Oversee application of DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• Report, schedule, and coordinate equipment deliveries and pickups.
• Support customer service and sales goals of the business unit.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role handling construction/industrial equipment.
• Experience applying DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• Customer service and dispatch training is a plus.
• Working knowledge of the delivery area.
• Effective communication skills.

Essential functions and overtime eligibility may vary based on the specific tasks assigned. Physical demands include bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more. Work may be performed indoors or outdoors as required.

Base Pay Range: $61,934.00 - $85,159.80. Starting rate may vary by location, education, training, and experience.
