- Provide comprehensive administrative support related to health, sanitation, and regulatory compliance across multiple store locations
- Assist with the preparation, coordination, and submission of required documentation for health permits, inspections, and other regulatory processes
- Support and facilitate various administrative and clerical tasks associated with health and food safety compliance
- Coordinate with internal departments, store teams, and external agencies, including local health authorities and health departments, to ensure timely completion of required procedures.
- Maintain, organize, and track records, reports, and documentation related to health permits, inspections, and compliance matters
- Monitor deadlines and follow up to ensure timely processing, renewal, and submission of required materials
- Assist in reviewing inspection reports and summarizing corrective action items as needed
- Support general administrative functions, including document management, scheduling, and communication
Qualifications /
Skills:
- Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration, Health Science, Food Safety, or a related field
- Fluent in both written and verbal communication to effectively coordinate with Korean‑speaking stakeholders and local health authorities
- Previous experience in administrative support, compliance, or the food/hospitality industry is a plus, but not required
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and track regulatory documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate professionally with internal teams and external agencies
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
