Negotiate with vendors on product availability, specifications, pricing, distribution plans, and delivery deadlines.
Evaluate and select suppliers based on product quality, cost competitiveness, required documentation, and shipping schedules.
Ensure purchased items meet company standards and profitability goals at the warehouse level.
Market ResearchConduct market analysis, competitive shopping, and sales trend analysis to identify new and trending products.
Research and respond to field and store-level issues related to product performance, availability, or quality.
Support the introduction and distribution strategy for new items.
Data Analysis & System ManagementPrepare and analyze weekly sales data to support purchasing and inventory decisions.
Review and analyze daily and weekly sales and inventory reports.
Create, update, and maintain accurate item master data in SAP, including item descriptions, scan codes, and related information.
Qualifications- 1-3 years of purchasing related experience.
