Construction Project Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Carlstadt, NJ. The Construction Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of various construction projects. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints, facilitating communication between stakeholders, supervising construction teams, and ensuring project quality and safety standards are met.

• Strong proficiency in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
• Experience in Project Coordination and general Project Management
• Skills in Budgeting and effective cost management for construction projects
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under deadlines
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal building regulations and safety standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) are preferred
• Knowledge of local architects and construction teams a major plus
• experience from start to finish on retail, mixed use or residential construction projects
