E-Commerce Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan online promotions, create promotion item list, and request the design banner to the design team.
• Analyze promotion result and item selling data to plan for the future marketing.
• Market trend research and SNS posting.
• Handle advertisement request from inner/outer companies.
• Manage invoices from the vendors and carriers.
• Create purchase order on the company’s accounting system.
• Search and source products to sell on online channel.
• Monitor and decide item sales based on performance.
• Control overstock and long-term inventory.
• Manage the website display and check for any issues.
• Communicate with warehouse team and carriers to check on the daily delivery.
• Communicate with Supply Chain Management team on item inventory.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field preferred.
• 1~2 years of experience with E-Commerce operations.
• Must be bilingual in Korean and English.
• Experience with E-commerce websites or platforms.
• Demonstrates initiative with the ability to multi-task and detail oriented in a fast paced environment.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
