Inside Sales Specialist

My client, a manufacturer of wound care, clinical nutrition, and skin care products, is seeking someone with Inside Sales/Customer Service to join their growing team. They service Long-Term Care, Home Health, Hospice, HME, and independent clinics and physician offices across the United States, with a growing presence in the acute care market.

The ideal candidate will manage customer accounts, support order activity, and drive revenue through upselling and account growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for customer inquiries
• Manage order entry, tracking, and issue resolution
• Upsell, cross-sell, and reactivate dormant accounts
• Prepare quotes, follow up, and close opportunities
• Partner with field sales and coordinate with operations

Requirements

• 5+ years in customer service or inside sales (medical products preferred)
• Experience working with distributors and healthcare customers
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Proven ability to grow accounts and drive revenue
