Position SummaryECO3 is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Offset Account Manager to drive growth of offset consumables, equipment, and newspaper solutions throughout the Western U.S. territory. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing and growing existing accounts, and managing the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with experience in the printing industry, a consultative selling approach, and a proven ability to engage decision-makers at all levels, including C-suite executives.
Key Responsibilities- Grow sales of prepress consumables, including digital plates and proofing media.
- Sell capital equipment including CtP systems, proofing engines, wide-format solutions, and related service contracts.
- Develop and close new business opportunities using a value-selling approach.
- Maintain and expand relationships within existing commercial printing and newspaper accounts.
- Manage contract renewals and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Prepare and present proposals, ROI analyses, and cost-of-ownership models.
- Negotiate contracts and engage with decision-makers, including C-level executives.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and customer data in CRM systems (Sales Link/Salesforce).
- Monitor competitive activity and provide market feedback.
- Manage territory activities and expenses to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Proven success in B2B sales, preferably within the printing, prepress, publishing, or graphic communications industry.
- Strong new business development and account management skills.
- Experience selling consumables, equipment, software, or service contracts.
- Excellent presentation, proposal writing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
