Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry and more.

Our Installation Team Members bring together both form and function by installing custom designed closets, garages, offices, and pantries in residential homes. Our goal is to help our clients become more organized and productive with their lives.

The Installer role is vital to customer satisfaction and offers room for advancement. Experience with basic woodworking tools and carpentry is a strong plus but not required – we will train the right individual.

Must have a valid Driver's License and pass a driving record screening.

• Possess and maintain a current driver’s license with a clean driving record and operate company vehicle safely.
• Experience with hand and power tools a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong personal organization skills.
• Prior installation experience preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

During training, $18‑$24 per hour depending on experience, plus bonus and commission. This is a direct pathway to a Lead Installer. Lead installers make between $60,000‑$100,000 per year.
