Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Assist technicians with service and maintenance of fire alarm systems.
- Support basic troubleshooting activities under direct supervision.
- Handle tools, materials, and equipment required for service jobs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on job sites.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Learn and apply industry standards, codes, and best practices.
- Accurately complete basic documentation as directed by supervisor.
- Travel to job sites as required with assigned team members.
- Use hand tools and testing equipment under supervision.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Perform work in commercial, industrial, and construction environments.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior industry experience required.
- Ability to learn technical skills and follow instructions.
- Must be able to work under direct supervision.
- Basic mechanical aptitude preferred.
- If Driving Role:
Must have a clean driving record and active driver’s license.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various environments.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Exposure to varying conditions including heights, confined spaces, and active job sites.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods.
- Work performed in commercial, industrial, and construction environments.
Pay Rate: $20 to $24 hourly
