Warehouse Loss Protection Associate

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Loss Protection Associate located in Carlstadt, NJ. The responsibilities include monitoring and adhering to loss prevention measures, overseeing shipping and receiving processes, verifying products during loading and unloading, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. The Associate will also operate equipment, such as pallet jacks, and contribute to maintaining an organized and secure warehouse environment.

• Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving processes to handle inventory movement efficiently.
• Experience in Packing, Unloading, and general warehouse operations.
• Skilled in operating warehouse equipment such as Forklifts and Pallet Jacks, with certifications being an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure adherence to safety and security regulations.
• Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform warehouse tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Previous experience in loss prevention or a similar role is a strong plus.
