Your Accountabilities
- Lead the warehouse team as they undertake activities including processing incoming inventory, stock movement, and outgoing orders to the store.
- Engage employees, ensuring goals are met and priorities are communicated. Support recruitment of warehouse operatives and provide training and ongoing development.
- Help manage the efficient flow of inventory through the business while maintaining a safe and healthy working environment. Monitor the safe use of machinery and equipment across the site.
- Support the processing of paperwork for deliveries and purchase orders, and ensure any stock moved around the site is recorded in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure inventory orders are picked accurately and efficiently by the team (and themselves).
- Experience supporting the management of a warehouse, stock distribution center, or busy goods‑in department.
- IT literate, including use of warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Able to independently make decisions.
- Well organized and focused.
- Ability to communicate with internal and external partners.
- Works as part of a team with a flexible approach.
- Supports all inventory counts at the warehouse.
- Use of plant machinery including forklifts, high‑reach equipment, and pallet trucks (training provided).
- Experience with licensed products.
- Interest in film and television, and an interest in Warner Bros.' Wizarding World franchise.
Compensation:
Pay Rate $24–29 per hour. Additional rewards may include annual bonuses, short‑ and long‑term incentives, and program‑specific awards. Warner Bros.
