Warehouse Associate; PM Shift

We are looking for a motivated, high-energy Warehouse Associate to join our branch. In this role, you won’t just move boxes; you will ensure our entire supply chain remains seamless—from the moment a product arrives to the second it’s loaded for a customer.

Location: Carlstadt, NJ

Pay: $17.30 per hour; eligible for quarterly logistics incentives

Shift: Monday-Thursday 1:00pm start // Friday 11:00am start

On any given day, your responsibilities will include:

• Shipping & Receiving:
  You’ll unload containers, check purchase orders for accuracy, and stock items in their designated homes.
• Order Fulfillment:
  You will pick, stage, and prepare customer orders, ensuring everything is shrink-wrapped, boxed, and labeled to perfection.
• Quality Control:
  You are our final line of defense. You will inspect every item to ensure no damaged goods enter our inventory or leave our dock.
• Equipment Operation:
  We’ll count on you to safely operate and maintain pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.

• Physically Capable:
  You are comfortable with strenuous physical exertion, including the ability to lift over 50 pounds and work in various climatic conditions or at heights.
• Detail-Oriented:
  You can follow complex oral or written instructions and apply specific rules to organize inventory correctly.
• Reliable:
  You have a solid work history, maintain excellent attendance, and are available for extended hours when our mission requires it.

  You are agile, dexterous, and possess the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
