Jitsu, Inc. is seeking a Site Leader to serve as Operations Manager for its Newark-area warehouse. You will own end-to-end sortation, outbound, and driver launch operations, and lead a rotating hourly workforce to meet volume while driving safety, quality, and cost improvements.
This hands-on role requires strong data skills, cross‑functional collaboration, and P&L awareness. Weekend, night, and holiday coverage are expected in a 24/7 operation; travel up to 25% may be required.
