Carlton Farms seeks a Harvest Floor Technician to support the pork slaughter process, including carcass trimming and washing. You will work with livestock and a team in a fast-paced environment, following USDA regulations and safety guidelines.
Training will cover knife handling and overtime availability, with a 6:00am–2:30pm schedule, Monday through Friday, and overtime opportunities as needed.
