An opportunity has arisen for a Casual Conference and Events Waiter/Waitress to join the events team at Jumeirah Carlton Tower.

• Ensure guests are correctly and speedily logged and processed in a courteous manner during live events.
• Maintain a good knowledge of meeting and event (M&E) operations and functions.
• Take food and beverage orders efficiently and professionally, ensuring all information is accurate.
• Be fully conversant with meeting and event service expectations.
• Inform supervisors of all guest comments and requirements that cannot be resolved immediately.
• Familiarize yourself with and implement any relevant legislation such as liquor licensing.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high‑end hospitality environment.
• High level of accuracy in overseeing daily operations, inspections and reports, with an eye for luxury standards.
• Flexible and able to extend job duties as assigned by management, including redeployment to alternative departments if required to meet business demands and guest service needs.
• Assist in maximising productivity for the department.
• Ensure strict control when receiving and returning keys while in possession.
