LHH Recruitment Solutions’ (pka Parker+Lynch) is working with well known medium sized manufacturer looking for an Assistant Controller. This role will report to the Corporate Controller and will be over 3 Staff/Seniors within corporate accounting. This company has a well established team/processes and consistent YoY growth. They are looking for a candidate ideally from a large public accounting firm within audit & manufacturing experience and has their CPA.

Responsibilities

• Month/Year End Closing
• Journal Entries
• Reconciliations
• Fixed Asset Management
• Staff Management
• Identifying Areas of Process Improvement within Accounting
• GL Maintenance

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Accounting
• 5+ years’ progressive accounting experience within manufacturing required
• 2+ years’ supervisory experience required
• CPA preferred
• Fantastic Communication Skills
• Foundation in public accounting preferred
• Health, vision, dental, PTO, and 401(k) with company match
• Unofficial WFH days once settled/trained
• Annual bonus
