What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and basic accounting functions
  • Maintain financial records, track expenses, and assist with budgeting support

  • Support payroll processing and time tracking documentation

What you bring:

  • Experience in office management, preferably within construction or a related industry

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
