Staff Accountant
Salary: $60,000 – $75,000

- Quarterly discretionary bonus (~$600) on top of base salary
- Reliable schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM (no hybrid expectations) - Well-established organization in operation since 2004
- Manage high-volume accounts payable
- Process purchase orders and vendor payments
- Perform account reconciliations
- Prepare journal entries
- Bachelor’s in Accounting (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Quick Books experience preferred
- Healthcare experience is a plus
