Accounting Clerk – Contract-to-Hire

We're partnering with a well-established organization in the financial services industry to hire an Accounting Clerk for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role is 100% onsite at their Carmel office, with a steady Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

What You'll Do

• Process daily check deposits with speed and accuracy
• Respond to inquiries regarding customer accounts and invoices
• Monitor customer accounts and take proactive steps to resolve discrepancies
• Support the accounting team with additional administrative and transactional tasks

What You Bring

• Experience with account reconciliation, accounts receivable, data entry, and invoice processing
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Comfort working independently and collaborating within a team environment
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
