Target Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000 annually
Key Responsibilities for the Controller:• Lead all accounting operations, including general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax requirements, and internal controls
• Manage audits and coordinate with external accounting partners and stakeholders
• Develop and improve accounting processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiencies
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
• CPA designation preferred
