Data Entry Clerk

* Schedule:

* Monday through Friday, 8am to 7pm (8 hour shift)

* Description
* Candidate will handle approximately 2,500 titles a day for vehicles that sold online. The title clerk would start learning the job by matching titles with the bill of sale, putting into an alphabetic sorter by dealer name and then alphabetizing the titles. Once computer is established, the title clerk will learn how to receive the titles into the system, stamp/assign titles, and then ship the titles.

* Must-Have

Skills:

* * Fast and accurate typing

* Strong administrative support capabilities

* Interest or experience in auto finance and title processing

* Ability to work independently and in a team

* Receptive to feedback and eager to learn

* Nice-to-Haves
* * Experience in shipping and receiving

* Prior exposure to auto title work (not required)

* Pay and Benefits
* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
