SVN | Northern Commercial is looking for a Brokerage Coordinator to provide critical support to our growing team of commercial real estate advisors. This role is perfect for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to contribute to a dynamic, collaborative team.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative and marketing support to commercial real estate advisors
- Manage property listings on platforms such as Crexi, CoStar, and Buildout
- Coordinate proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
- Organize contracts, agreements, and transaction documents
- Track key performance metrics and maintain company databases
- Assist with office operations, event coordination, and recruiting efforts
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, real estate, or marketing role preferred; recent graduates with relevant skills are welcome to apply
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Full-time, salaried position (compensation based on experience). Paid Time Off (PTO). 401(k) available after a specified length of employment.
