Team size: 15–20 Title Clerks + Office Manager + Team Lead.
OverviewWe are seeking a detail‑oriented Title Clerk to support a high‑volume automotive title processing department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy and organization.
You will work closely with a team of title specialists to process titles for vehicles sold online, with little to no phone work involved.
Key Responsibilities- Process and organize approximately 2,500 vehicle titles per day as part of a team.
- Match titles to bills of sale and place them into alphabetical sorters by dealer name.
- Alphabetize and prepare titles for data entry.
- Once trained, receive titles into the internal system.
- Stamp and assign titles as required.
- Package and ship completed title work.
- Step‑by‑step training beginning with physical title matching and sorting.
- Additional training on computer systems, title receiving, stamping, and assignment.
- Strong history of internal promotion — several contractors have been brought on permanently, and one was promoted into management.
- Quiet, heads‑down atmosphere with little to no phone work.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carmel, IN.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
