Blue & Co., LLC is a dynamic and innovative professional services firm providing growth-committed entrepreneurial clients with accounting and consulting services across multiple industries.

We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our Carmel, IN office. The receptionist serves as the first point of contact for our clients, visitors and vendors. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations at our front desk. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Position

Details:
  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars for staff
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

    Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Support the accounting team with occasional clerical duties
Position Requirements :
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years' experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
