We’re looking for a Title Clerk to join a fast-paced automotive team in Carmel, IN
. This role is 100% onsite, Monday–Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. If you have administrative or data entry experience and strong attention to detail, this is a great opportunity to build your career in vehicle title and registration operations.
- Process vehicle titles, registrations, and related paperwork across U.S. jurisdictions
- Review documents for accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Maintain records in title inventory systems
- Handle filing, scanning, copying, and shipping of documents
- Communicate with state agencies, vendors, auctions, and clients
- Prepare invoices and reports as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous office, administrative, or data entry experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency with Windows and Google applications
- Typing speed of 45–60 WPM preferred
- Ability to manage high-volume tasks consistently and accurately
