We’re looking for an Onsite - Title Clerk/Customer support for our client. If you have experience in customer support, vehicle title processing, maintain documentation accuracy, coordinate with internal teams, vendors, state agencies, and auctions then this is a great opportunity to develop your career with a company known for excellence.

What You'll DO
  • Administrative & Operational Support
  • Perform high volume filing, copying, scanning, and document preparation
  • Organize, package, and ship title documents
  • Provide professional customer service and phone support for title related inquiries
  • Coordinate updates with state agencies, title vendors, and auctions
  • Communicate with assigned clients and escalate concerns when needed
  • Prepare and distribute invoices and periodic reports
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous office, administrative, or data entry experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Windows and Google applications
  • Ability to handle high volume tasks with accuracy
