Job Description
TheFamAPResidential Intake Coordinator playsa central rolein delivering this mission by managing the program's client intake process across phone, email, and supporting documentation. This includes communicating with applicants, confirming tenant details with partners, andmaintainingthe program database with a high degree of accuracy and care. We are looking for a self-motivated, highly organized individual who engages empathetically with diverse populations, manages a high volume of client information with integrity, and works effectively within program procedures.
JobFunctions
- Communicating with clients in an empathetic and professional manner
- Entering and updating client and partner information into the database with accuracy
- Coordinating with internal partners to complete program processes
- Completing thorough and accurate client intakes in accordance with program standards
- Maintaining client and program confidentiality
- Identifying and communicating notable client intake trends
- Actively contributing frontline observations and feedback in support of program and organizational learning
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely to clients, partners, and colleagues
- Commitment to equitable, consistent service delivery and direct, thoughtful engagement with how race and economic inequality shape this work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
- CRM or database experience necessary;
Salesforce experience preferred - Ability to consistently meet program and internal deadlines, delivering work accurately and on time
- Self-directed with strong problem-solving skills; able to work through issues independently and elevate thoughtfully when needed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
This role is primarily desk-based, with regular use of a computer and phone throughout the day. Some in-office movement is required toattend meetings or access office resources. Communication via phone and email is a significant part of daily work.

This position requires full-time, in-office availability. Following an initial 60–90 day onboarding period, hybrid scheduling of up to three days remote per week may be offered at leadership discretion, but this is not a guaranteed benefit and may be modified or rescinded at any time based on organizational needs, role requirements, or performance. Compensation $46,000–$50,000, commensurate with experience.
