The Operations Assistant is a contract, on-site role based in Carmel, IN, supporting daily operational and administrative activities. This role assists with order processing, inventory tracking, and coordination of logistics to ensure timely delivery of Iris Vision products and services. The Operations Assistant helps maintain records, prepares reports, and supports operations management with scheduling, documentation, and process updates. The position also responds to internal and external inquiries, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and provides front-line customer service support as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications- Operations and Operations Management skills to support daily workflows, process coordination, and basic project tracking.
- Strong Analytical Skills for data entry, report preparation, tracking key metrics, and identifying process improvements.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, documenting procedures, and responding to inquiries clearly and professionally.
- Customer Service skills to assist end users, address issues promptly, and represent Iris Vision with empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to work on-site in Carmel, IN, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email, and CRM or ticketing systems).
- Prior experience in operations, administrative support, or a related role; experience in healthcare or assistive technology is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, operations, or a related field is preferred.
