Located at Napleton Italian Imports (Maserati, Alfa Romeo, Fiat) located in Carmel, Indiana

The Master Technician is responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. This position will build customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton through effective vehicle diagnosis and repair.

- Diagnose and repair to specifications – brake, hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension, alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
- Explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non‑mechanical individuals, including employees and customers, as required.
- Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast of rapidly changing automotive technology.
- Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
- Maintain an organized and neat service bay.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Master Level Technician.
- ASE and/or manufacturer certifications are a plus.
- Ideal candidate will be a self‑starter who is process‑driven.
- 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.
