Corporate Development Intern

The Allied Solutions internship program is a robust and consistent internship program for juniors and seniors. The program will focus on learning and development as well as hands-on experience. The program will immerse the intern into a broad range of responsibilities, allowing you to execute projects within your area of professional interests.

Interested applicants must be available during the 12-week program (May 18th - Aug. 7th, 2026). This is a full-time internship (40-hours per week) based at our headquarters in Carmel, IN.

As a Corporate Development & M&A Intern, you will assist the team across a variety of strategy, research, and analytical projects. This internship provides hands-on exposure to corporate M&A processes-including market research, financial analysis, and deal support-while learning directly from experienced professionals across corporate development, finance, and business units.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

* Assist with researching industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.

* Support the development of strategic insights to help inform buy/build/partner decisions.

* Contribute to various stages of the transaction process, including research, data gathering, and preparing internal materials.

* Assist senior team members with financial modeling inputs, valuation research, and returns analysis.

* Help prepare presentations, transaction summaries, and supporting documents for internal stakeholders.

* Conduct market sizing analysis using publicly available and internal data.

* Track and summarize key trends in Allied's industry and adjacent sectors.

* Prepare draft materials for executive presentations, internal updates, and competitive analysis reports.

* Assist in identifying potential companies or partners aligned with Allied's strategic priorities.

* Help prepare research packets or briefing materials ahead of meetings and industry events.

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA)

* Currently enrolled in undergraduate program as rising Junior or Senior, pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field

* Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn financial and strategic modeling concepts.

* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
