Thrive Orthopedics is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship provides hands‑on experience in various aspects of business operations within a fast‑growing orthopedic company. As an intern, you will play a critical role in supporting key business functions such as process improvement, supply chain management, data analysis, and operational efficiency, contributing directly to the growth and success of Thrive Orthopedics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in streamlining business operations through the analysis of workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing improvements.
  • Assist in daily operations of order fulfillment and hard copy marketing.
  • Support supply chain management efforts, including inventory tracking, vendor relations, and procurement processes.
  • Conduct data analysis to evaluate operational performance and generate reports to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement new business processes, tools, and systems.
  • Participate in project management activities to ensure successful implementation of business initiatives.
  • Assist in creating and updating documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other internal guidelines.
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day business activities.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of the company.
