Blue Cross of Idaho is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to assist with a variety of business functions and project activities. Work with team leaders to monitor, control, and manage business operations in support of departmental needs and goals.

Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative tasks, which may include intake/triage, inventory management, finance, and/or reporting.
  • Assist with project management.
  • Support internal and external stakeholder relations.
  • Liaison and coordinate with other departments as required.
  • Prepare and maintain operations documents and reports.
  • May assist in coordinating allocation of human resources and/or onboarding of new employees.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 3 years of health industry or related experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalency.
Compensation

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay range is $21.39 - $29.95. The position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus (variable depending on company and employee performance). The pay range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, travel requirements, internal equity, business or organizational needs, and alignment with market data.
