Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Description
We are seeking a Contract Manager to lead negotiations, draft and execute a wide range of agreements, and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standards. The role partners closely with Legal, Finance, Procurement, and senior leadership while championing AI‑enabled tools and contract lifecycle management platforms to improve processes and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead contract negotiations, developing strategies to secure favorable terms and manage risk.
- Draft and execute a variety of agreements, including MSAs, SaaS, Consulting, Statements of Work, and other contracts.
- Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal compliance standards.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, Procurement, and senior leadership to align contract strategy.
- Champion technology and innovation by adopting AI‑enabled tools and CLM platforms.
- Use data and KPIs to monitor performance, track contract outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Education:
Bachelor’s in Supply Management, Finance, or Business Administration. Post‑baccalaureate in Law (JD) is preferred. - Experience:
3‑5 years in procurement or contract management with an indirect spend focus. - Certifications:
Preferred – Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM), Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), or equivalent (CIPS). - Technical
Skills:
Contract drafting, negotiation, and risk mitigation; financial modeling and analysis; proficiency in Microsoft 365 and contract management software; experience with AI tools desirable.

Base salary range: $90,000–115,000 USD annually (subject to transparency and local legislation). The role is eligible for an annual bonus based on performance and company objectives. Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge.
