Sales Analytics Intern

The Allied Solutions internship program is a robust and consistent internship program for juniors and seniors. The program will focus on learning and development as well as hands‑on experience. The program will immerse the intern into a broad range of responsibilities, allowing you to execute projects within your area of professional interests.

Interested applicants must be available during the 12-week program (May 17th – Aug. 6th, 2027). This is a full‑time internship (40-hours per week) based at our headquarters in Carmel, IN.

The Sales Analytics Intern at Allied Solutions will gain hands‑on experience working with sales data to uncover insights that drive strategy and performance. The intern will support pipeline management, help build visual dashboards, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data accuracy and usability. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and contributing to impactful business decisions in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment.

• Assist with pipeline management by updating and maintaining sales activity data across products
• Learn how to clean and organize data for accuracy and consistency across reports
• Support the design of Power BI dashboards to visualize sales trends, volumes, and account activity
• Review pipeline data to spot patterns and trends that can inform sales strategies
• Translate findings into clear summaries and visuals for internal presentations and reports
• Contribute ideas for streamlining processes to make data entry and reporting more efficient
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Analytics Consultants and stakeholders to ensure data reflects current opportunities
• Gain hands‑on exposure to reporting tools (Smartsheet, Excel, Power BI) to support decision‑making

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising Junior or Senior, pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Strong problem‑solving skills and an eye for detail
• A creative thinker who enjoys turning numbers into stories people can understand
• Excited to learn new tools and approaches to data visualization
• Collaborative and curious, with a willingness to ask questions and share ideas
