Summary:

The Foreman will oversee daily field operations for residential concrete and foundation projects while leading crews, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety compliance, and driving productivity. This role is responsible for coordinating job site activities, developing team members, solving field challenges, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

As a Foreman, You Will:

• Lead and supervise residential concrete crews performing house slab and flatwork projects
• Train team members on forming, grading, reinforcement, pouring, and finishing techniques
• Ensure all work is completed according to safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards
• Monitor crew productivity and adjust staffing or workflow to meet project deadlines
• Coordinate daily activities with superintendents, supervisors, and field personnel
• Troubleshoot job site issues and proactively prevent rework and project delays
• Evaluate employee performance and provide coaching, training, and development recommendations
• Oversee maintenance and proper use of equipment, tools, and company vehicles
• Maintain organized, clean, and professional job sites
• Support additional field operations and construction activities as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of concrete construction experience required
• At least 1 year of supervisory, crew lead, or foreman experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of residential foundations, slabs, and flatwork construction
• Ability to read blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting, bending, and standing
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
