Performance Contracting is seeking an experienced Senior Prefab Estimator for its Indianapolis, IN branch. You will estimate PCI prefabrication scopes, prepare RFPs, review subcontractor quotes, and develop strong customer relationships while coordinating with owners, managers, and architects.
The role requires 3–5 years in prefabrication estimation and 5–7 years in construction, with proficiency in Takeoff software (On-Screen Takeoff, Quick Bid) and MS Office, Bluebeam Revu, and Procore.
