Project Manager- Municipal Utlities

I'm partnering with a well-established contractor that is looking to add an experienced Construction Project Manager to its growing team in the Greater Indianapolis area. This company specializes in underground utility infrastructure, including water and wastewater rehabilitation and installation projects for municipal clients. All projects are local, so you’re home every night, no extended travel required. • Manage multiple underground utility projects from start to finish
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients
• Oversee contracts, project documentation, billing, and financial performance
• Visit jobsites to monitor quality, safety, and project progress
• Lead project meetings to keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Support collaboration between operations and project teams

• 5+ years of construction project management experience
• Background in underground utilities, water/wastewater, or municipal infrastructure preferred
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and P&L
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; JD Edwards and/or Primavera experience is a plus
• Willingness to travel locally as needed
