Experience: Mid Level

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year

Lead preconstruction efforts from conceptual design through GMP development

Develop detailed cost estimates across all design phases

Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing analysis using drawings and BIM models

Manage project budgets and provide continuous cost updates

Conduct value engineering and cost optimization strategies

Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners

Support design development with constructability reviews and logistics planning

Analyze subcontractor bids and develop bid packages

Lead scope alignment and leveling of subcontractor proposals

Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies

Support procurement planning and early trade engagement

Utilize estimating software and digital tools for cost modeling and tracking

Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless project transition

Present cost plans, budgets, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders

Maintain knowledge of market conditions, labor trends, and material pricing
