What You’ll Do
  • Champion Customer Success:
    Conduct proactive satisfaction check‑ins, deploy customer surveys, and identify opportunities to enhance the Fleet Partner experience.
  • Ensure Exceptional Onboarding:
    Ensure new Fleet Partners are onboarded correctly and timely, setting the foundation for long‑term success.
  • Resolve Customer Challenges:
    Provide expert guidance on invoice questions, assist customers through complex repair decisions, and serve as the go‑to resource for ad‑hoc customer needs.
  • Leverage Technology:
    Use our Virtual Assistant platform, AI tools, and data analytics to provide customers with actionable insights and transparent communication.
