Job Title
Customer Relations Representative
Job OverviewLocation:
Carmel, IN (Hybrid work: 3 days in office, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM daily shift)
- Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries.
- Interpret and discuss benefits, review claims, and resolve service and product concerns.
- Handle incoming calls and emails for provider referrals, claim filings, claim status information, verification of benefits/eligibility, and pre-notification.
- Fulfill requests for claim forms and applications for clients.
- Identify areas of concern and expedite correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution when needed.
- High School degree or GED.
- At least two years of customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Dependable and reliable.
- Starting pay of $20 per hour.
- No weekend work.
