Accenture is seeking a Customer Service Associate for Life Insurance to provide call center support for a Group Life Insurance client, handling inquiries by phone and email and applying knowledge of policies.
You will resolve incidents, coordinate with other teams, document actions, and maintain high customer satisfaction while learning client information systems and service desk procedures. The role requires a 7 am–7 pm shift and a hybrid work schedule that may move onsite depending on needs.
