Client Services and Readiness Analyst Hidden Carmel, IN Non IT

Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Client Services and Readiness Analyst to join our team for a client in the energy industry. This role is pivotal in acting as a liaison between the organization and its customers, managing high volumes of requests while ensuring strong customer advocacy and support. Responsibilities:

• Manage complex customer issues and serve as the primary advocate for client needs.
• Respond to customer inquiries (up to 1,000 per month) with professionalism and accuracy.
• Collaborate with business areas to help customers resolve technical and operational questions.
• Support customer onboarding and integration for market participation.

• Opportunity to be the direct voice of customers and play a critical role in advocacy.
• Exposure to the energy industry and large-scale client operations.
• Hybrid schedule (4 days in office, 1 day remote) offering both structure and flexibility.

Qualifications:

• 4–5 years of professional customer service experience, preferably in client-facing roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to serve as the “face” of the organization.
• Ability to use analytical techniques to evaluate customer issues and develop solutions.
• Energy industry experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel quarterly to customer sites once converted to full-time.
