• Serve as a trusted client advisor and design leader for healthcare and education projects
• Lead business development efforts

• Collaborate with firm leadership to grow market presence and strategic opportunities in Indiana and beyond

• Licensed Architect registered in the State of Indiana
• Proven experience as a Principal, Senior Architect, or Market Leader
• Strong background in healthcare and/or education architecture
• Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management
