We are seeking a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physician (ABEM required no exceptions) for ongoing PRN coverage at a full-service Emergency Department in Carmel, Indiana.
This facility provides 24/7 care for acute illnesses and injuries. Critical cases are stabilized onsite and transferred as appropriate. The hospital is not designated as a trauma center but operates a comprehensive Emergency Department.
Ongoing opportunity with flexible scheduling.

Monday Friday:

Saturday / Sunday:
• 6:00a 3:00p (9 hrs)
• 1:00p 11:00p (10 hrs)
• 9:00p 6:00a (9 hrs)
Additional coverage needs may be available.
Minimum Requirements (Strict)
• MD or DO
• Emergency Medicine Residency Trained
• ABEM Certified (no exceptions)
• Active Indiana license OR IMLC eligible
• Current DEA
• Must meet hospital credentialing standards
Clinical Responsibilities
• Evaluate and treat acute illnesses and injuries
• Perform rapid assessments and stabilization
• Manage admissions, consults, and transfers
• Collaborate with nursing and specialty teams
• Document care in Cerner EMR
Compensation
Competitive hourly rate based on experience and credentialing status.
Rate guidance available upon request.
