Venture Christian Church is a medium-sized church located on the north side of Indianapolis, in the heart of Hamilton County. We actively engage the communities of Carmel, Westfield, Noblesville, and Fishers—an area known for excellent schools and a thriving population of young families. This key leadership position oversees all aspects of connecting the congregation to one another by building community through a strong, healthy, and growing discipleship ministry. This includes the development and execution of spiritual pathways, group leader identification and recruitment, small group/adult class curriculum development, and ongoing leadership and coaching of group leaders and teachers.
